I didn't actually see Arisa Grant - even though, that is what I requested ? Anyway, in the end I saw May who was excellent and I will request to only see her again - in the future.. Finally, another point to be aware of - even though I specifically asked for 30 mins foot treatment - May wasn't aware what treatment I was actually looking for when I arrived - so another breakdown in communication ?. This was no reflection on May though - who was excellent..
