Very friendly staff. I was seen to on time and the treatment was very fast and not painful. I would definately be returning in the future.
Come here all the time for my brows. Great for waxing too. Accidentally came on the wrong day and they still managed to fit me in. Don't come here for spa like ambience, but come here for reliable threading and waxing no frills.

Absolutely awful customer service, everyone complained on the day I went. The staff should all be fired. I have notified all my 5000 friends on Facebook never ever to go to this place. The worst on the planet. This is in relation to Singhar in Burnt Oak. They need to close down until they get proper management. Wow, what a disastrous place.
