I usually go to this salon and it’s usually great and I have the same lady raj who does my waxing but this time it was someone else called sukhi and I needed it done so I thought it’s ok they should be good, the lady was very nice and polite and made conversation and was welcoming but her waxing wasn’t very nice, she left a very big patch of hair and I told her so she then waxed that area but when I got home I realised she had left so many patches of hair, she had burnt me in a couple of places and she had broken the hair in some areas instead of pulling it out from the roots so the hair grew back quickly, I was very unhappy, I will be sticking to only raj next time

Absolutely love this place. Clean nd tidy. They always take me on time, do a great job. Prices are typical/ Reasonable. Staff is very nice nd friendly.

Awful visit, staff are rude and talk in their own language. Also place is very dirty, the products they use are also very cheap brands. I would avoid this salon like a plague. Saw some dirty spider webs , put me of , but nothing beats the lady in the headscarf who was picking her nose twice - wanted to feel sick , once I saw this I didn’t carry on with my other treatments. She was looking at it playing with it once she picked it !! Never again
