I found my experience to be quite overwhelming. I felt as if treating me was a burden ie the woman kept complaining about hard the treatment is. She also did not discuss the price on the phone. She came up to me in the middle of my treatment demanding a £200 price when I picked “medium” at £120 she even said her charging me £200 is actually less than what she should charge me. £150 was for long hair not £200! Horrible unprofessional experience! Wasn’t a pamper day at all!
