This is the first time I have ever been asked after an appointment to leave a review on Wahanda. That being said, it really seems like the staff care about how their customers feel. I went in expecting to have a terrible experience after reading some of the reviews from here. You get what you pay for. As much as the facilities were not spot on, the waxing room itself was very clean and comfortable. The therapist, Taran was very nice and gentle. As a frewuent waxer, and out of all the waxes I have gotten on Wahanda, this has been by far the best and I would go back but only ask for Taran. Past experiences I have had skin ripped off me ! You do not need to worry ! I will be looking to book another appointment through them in another 4-5 weeks.
The woman was extremely nice and not awkward in trying to make conversation or avoiding it. She was also very fast and left no hairs. It was a bit hot though.
It was really good value for money, I went for a full leg and a bikini wax. I have no complaints from the session. The therapist was professional and helpful and I will be going back.

They got the job done, but it was a bit shoddy as they had missed spots upon closer inspection. They did however offer the same deal if you booked subsequent appointments there immediately.

Clean and professional salon - I enjoyed my overall experience. Just one comment, after my brazilian wax - the therapist didnt put any after-lotion on it - I think this was the only down point as being such a sensitive area 0 she should have!
However, I am happy with the wax :)
