I liked it overall, but one thing I took issue with was that she had the initial impulse to double-dip. That was especially problematic because I'm pretty sure the wax was not new/had been there before I arrived. But it was pretty painless and my person was nice.
I left feeling rather pleased with the bikini wax, but after a few days realized that not all of the hairs were pulled from the root (and are growing back-- very annoying). That said, the waxing lady was really professional and the studio was clean. For the price, it was still a really good wax. I would definitely recommend it if you're on a budget!
They were very prompt and did the job well. The staff were friendly but would have appreciated a towel or something to cover me initially! They offered a discount if you go back again which is a bonus
The place looks pretty bad, and the staff weren't particularly friendly but the beautician I had was pleasant and I was pleased with the result. Others have already said it, but it isn't called West End Beauty - it's above a hair salon called Mr Toppers and named Singhar Beauty. If your not put off by the look of the place, for the price, it's worth it.
