This beauty clinic is great, i can definatly see my self visiting here during my lunch break during work the service is very quick and they are very polite the treatment rooms are clean and quiet. Once i met Esthetician I felt a bit more confident about getttng the hollywood, although she dident speak perfect english I could understand the majortiy of what she meant. This was my first clinc exprience and i would say it was a good one.

The place looks clean .and the staff is quite friendl. They offer free eyebrown waxing as well. Nice but oxford street is always confusional.

My appointment was at 12.30 and I arrived at 12.25. The receptionist just said: somebody will be with you shortly and at 12.50, when I was about to leave as it was unacceptably late, the therapist appeared and told me: follow me. Apologized briefly saying: i went to buy the wax. (?!?!) the treatment was ok, not massively painful, but after 20 minutes of delay without saying anything, i would expect a discount on the treatment or something like that.

The lady who did my Hollywood wax was amazing. She was lovely, and the treatment was quick and as pain free as it could be.
