Not the most relaxing of places, but what would you expect on busy Oxford Street? Staff are extremely busy, but pleasant enough. Treatment was OK, didn't really give the results was hoping for, but my skin feels nice.

From the outside, the place doesn't look very inviting. But once inside, the treatment rooms very clean and the therapists knowledgeable. At the end of the day, that's what counts.

I was late for the appointment but the staff were nice about it and made me feel relaxed when I arrived. The treatment was very quick and professional and the therapist was kind as well as good at her job. One slight oddity was the pricing - there was a walk in offer on their door for new customers which was lower than the price I paid on Treatwell. I was also asked if I wanted to buy a voucher in advance for a return visit - which I took because it was very good value for money - that was just the same as the price paid on Treatwell. Anyway it was cheap and good and I'm going back.
