Eyebrow was quick and efficient. Very happy with the shape of my eyebrows and there was minimal redness around the area afterwards.

I booked a threading treatment for my girlfriend, but when she got there, they told her that I booked a different treatment and had to charge her extra in order to provide the treatment that I initially booked and paid for.
I don’t understand how this could happen since they emailed me a confirmation of the booking and then another reminder of the appointment.
Also, since they charged her extra for this, there is no excuse for denying giving her a receipt at the end of the treatment. I don’t know (and don’t care) how this company works, but receiving payments without issuing receipts could be considered as tax avoidance.
P.S: The ratings for the venue and treatment come from my girlfriend. The 1-star for Overall Satisfaction comes from me due to the issue described above.
