I've been here for a hollywood once before and thought the therapist was very good.
On this occasion it was someone different. She also used a different type of wax. I had asked about the 2 types of wax (strip wax and hot wax) and I'd actually requested just the regular hot wax used in conjunction with the strips of paper. She didn't do this and instead used the kind that sticks down once cooled and is pulled off. I didn't feel the results were particularly good and I actually found lots of patchy areas once I got home.
I'm sure it's a one-off but I think they need to be very clear about what is what (types of wax) and thoroughly check before they say they're done.

The salon is right opposite Primark (Tottenham Court Road end) and was really clean and quiet. The beautician who did the wax was quick, efficient and friendly enough. Excellent location for a quick treatment during a lunch break!
It was very good, my eyebrows have good shape now and the staff is nice! Close to workplace and I think I will back there soon!
