Not the best experience which is a real shame as the location is perfect for people who work in central London. After being left in the room for longer than usual (5-10 mins) as there was a change of who was doing the appointment. I had specifically asked for a Brazilian and was left with a Hollywood! Not at all impressed and will not be going back.

The salon is fairly basic but the staff are friendly and the wax was possibly the best one I've ever had. Very quick but thorough and I was very pleased with the results. I'll definitely be going back here for all future waxes!
