I never waxed before and I was quite nervous, especially since I went for a Hollywood wax. The staff there is really nice and friendly though, so I soon felt less nervous. The salon looks tidy and clean. If one is looking for a place to relax, I'd probably chose a different salon, but for a quick wax it was perfect! After 20 minutes I left the salon already again, very satisfied with the result.

The waxing I received was great - as painless as it can be, professionally done and a good result. Unfortunately, the venue leaves little to be desired, however. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted and the room I walked into was literally covered in pink in bags full of refuge, with pounding music from downstairs blaring out...pretty shabby. Walking up the stairs, I actually passed a saw just left on the floor (they're obviously having something done to the aircon, but a little health and safety wouldn't hurt). For £15, the treatment was great but they seriously need to clean up this place.
