Went here for a brazilian – the wax was ok (not the least painful I've had!) but on arriving home I noticed that she'd missed quite a few hairs, which needed to be tweezed.
The beautician was nice enough, although I don't think I masked the pain very well as she kept apologising for hurting me! All in all, not bad for £15 and I'll probably go back.

Venue is ok, rooms are all upstairs and out of the way so much more private.
The waxing itself is quite quick and not very precise. I have been to salons who have charged a bit more and they take a little extra time to ensure its slightly more painless - but I suppose thats why its only 15 pound.
I will go back again as the price cannot be beat any around this area.

I booked an appointment for 1pm, which is obviously the busiest time as it is during everyone's lunchbreak but also as a client I would expect to be seen on time as I need to get back to the office. I was seen 15mins late, but I had read reviews that this often happened so I took some work with me. The wax was good (quite painful), quick and good value and the staff were really friendly. You get what you pay for essentially.
