2nd time I have gotten this lady for my wax. She completely ignores the appointment that you have booked, implies casually that she’s now gonna do another type of treatment. Without agreeing, and confirming I’ll have the treatment I booked please, she still goes ahead and does the opposite and tries to charge you more afterwards. The treatment is very sloppy and not properly done. I stopped going to that salon for a while as I had bad experience with her before. No issues with other beauticians
