I came here for a hot wax Brazilian and it was pretty poor. The woman was very unfriendly - barely spoke a word to me, even to ask about the temperature or anything. The wax itself was probably the most painful I've ever endured. The final result wasn't bad although she didn't pluck, but the experience was terrible. They did have bowls of Cadbury's chocolates in reception, so that won them one star but I would NOT recommend at all.

I work on Oxford Street so this salon is perfect for me. I initially chose it because of it's closeness to me but also because the price was so good!
When you get there you have to go up some stairs and I waited for my therapist to become available. She (along with all the other staff there) were all absolutely lovely!! I was a bit worried about the wax itself because I had been shaving over the past few months which makes it very painful when you go back to waxing again. Fortunately for me it was relatively pain free, and I was amazed at how quickly it took! Overall I am so impressed with the service I received and the experience in the salon. I would definitely go back.
