Was a bit nervous as i haven't been for a while!... Shaz was amazing though, put me at ease.. realised i had sensitive skin so used the hot wax which was so less painful and managed to do it all at a super speed. Signed up for 4 more wax treatments on the back of this one.

been here a few times, usually a pretty good wax, grate value for the money!!! i've had very friendly staff and slightly less friendly staff, but over all very good, and pretty efficient. i would recommend:)

Always go here to get my eyebrows done. All staff are really good and constantly as if I am happy with them. So cheap for London as well!

When you first go in, staff quite unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Was very nearly put off. However had a lovely lady who did the job which made the whole experience worth while as she did an excellent job.

Made an appointment at 6.30. Seen at 6.50. Three days later, I still have marks on my skin from the threading above both eyes. I've had my eyebrows threaded several times, this was the most uncomfortable and worst experience yet.
