I was satisfied with all procedure of waxing , I was bit scared about pain but that lady was doing everything very gently, also voucher with discount has been offered to me. The place is clean an if you work in the centre it's very easy to find it

Booked this as I was going to be around Oxford Circus on Saturday morning. The lady who served me didnt say hello or would you like to sit here but instead pointed at the chair.
The only time she spoke to me was to tell me booking through Treatwell was more expensive and if I wanted to buy a bumper pack 4 threading treatments for £20 she could sell it to me now - she hadnt even finished one eyebrow.
When I declined she did a shawdy job on both brows making them really thin at the edges after months of growing. She also walked away at the end leaving threading all over me and I didnt know if the procedure was even finished.
Really wouldnt recommend at all.
