I booked full face threading including eyebrows at Singhar West End Beauty Clinic. They were very good about my need to change the appointment, twice. But when I finally went in, the technician was in quite a hurry. She left my eyebrows uneven - one larger than the other - and in fact waxed my face rather than threading it. In the process, she dropped wax onto my shirt.

Booked a luxury manicure and pedicure here. First of all, I didn't receive the luxury treatment that I paid for, but the standard. I would have said something at the time but I didn't have the voucher I had for the treatment to refer to, and the woman who was doing my treatment was very hard to understand. Instead of kindly asking me to do something, she just mumbled or gestured so I didn't understand, to which she got frustrated and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
Worst of all, most of the nails on have chipped in less than 24 hours. I haven't done anything strenuous to cause them to chip. I was even asleep when I woke up to a chipped nail!
Overall the pedicure turned out alright, but I had a really uncomfortable evening and a poorly done manicure.
