I normally don't write reviews, but this clinic is an exception. NOT in a pleasent way.
My first impression, rude. When I came inside the room nobody even said hi, and all the ladies who worked there looked quite angry. Maybe they had a bad day, I understand. But the quality of the Hollywood waxing was outrageous.
The lady who was doing my waxing did such a POOR job. I've had many many Hollywood waxing before, and by far this is the worst. When she was done with me I checked and I saw that she did a poor job, asked her to wax a certain part again. Came home and checked and there were so many parts UNWAXED. I can't believe I payed 25 pounds for this kind of service.
Now I understand why people give only 1 star. If I could give a half star, I'd like to do that.

The stuff are nice enough, but the place itself could use a bit of a make over. When I cam in they were sitting around chatting, but the lady who helped me was very easy to talk to and offered me more discount on my next visit. The treatment room was up three flights of stairs and wasn't the most relaxing atmosphere. I would go back but mainly for the price point

The salon isn't as glossy and sleek as some but don't let that put you off. The staff were friendly and it was one of the quickest cleanest waxes I have had
