When I arrived at the salon I was seen immediately which was really good not having to wait. My nails were done to a good standard and I am happy with the finish, however the woman who did my nails took an exceptionally long time to do them (2 hours- double the time expected). The language barrier didn't bother me so much, however the lady was quite blunt which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall the experience was "ok", the nails were good value but the experience was not something I think I would pay for again.

Turned up about 10 mins earlier than my appointment, and we seen straight away. Quick and, I won't say painless as waxing never is, minimal pain. Would definately recommend.

When I got in I wasn't greeted by any member of staff, the ladies were rude and they actually never said hi at all, while they were waiting me with their arms folded. I felt like they were doing me a favour. The lady that did the waxing never introduced herself and she didn't give me enough time to take off my clothes, in fact when she came back into the room I still had my underwear on. The Hollywood waxing wasn't good either: there were a lot of hair left and I had to ask her to remove it, as she didn't even bother checking if she did a good job or not. I never felt so rushed (it took her less than 15mins). Definitely not going back. Cheap, but not worth the terrible experience I had.
