I thought the staff were all really friendly, I had a good experience - a very good wax and done quickly with no nonsense involved and not too painful!

I'm afraid I had a terrible experience. I've had eye lash extensions before and have always been pleased with the results, but not this time sadly. After telling me the length of my current lashes I opted for 1-2mm longer hoping for the natural look but when the beautician had finished I looked like a clown! They were far too long and the same length from the corner of my eye to the outer lashes so looked completely un-natural. I asked for them to be taken off or cut down as I didn't want to walk around like that. Very disappointing.

Although the actual Threading was great (I have even gotten a few compliements on my eyebrows), salon is very tiny. I should have known, as it is off of Oxford Street, but just wasn't expecting to actually get my eyebrows done 2 feet from the people waiting for their appointments with nothing in between us. It also did not help that most of the staff seemed just generally unhappy to be there and so were not exactly friendly or welcoming.
Overall thoughts: Great place to get a quick eyebrow appoitnment in if you will be in the area and need them done, not somewhere to go if you want to feel comfortable and relaxed while doing so.

The wax was good but not nearly as good as mm bubbles which I usually pay the same amount for.
