Saw me right away, very quick and clean. Beauticians were very lovely and whole appoitment only took about 10 mins for hollywood wax.

The staff were a bit rude, and I was asked fairly inappropriate questions during my treatment. Then I wasn't given a small mirror to review the results of my hd brows and on getting home to my very bright bathroom, found that she hadn't tidied all of the hairs up so I had to re-pluck areas. Not what you would expect for £30

having inquired about HD brows I just wondered if it was worth the extra money it costs. A normal tint and shape is usually around £10 and the HD brow is £30.
It took about 30-40 min to get everything done, the lady tinted, waxed, trimmed, threaded, plucked my eyebrows. Can't say anything about the shape, as I didn't have much hair to make a big difference, but overall the result was nice.
But I wouldn't do it again, simply because of the price.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. My threading was too thin and the stylist was very passive and acted as if she didn't really care about my opinion. Probably my worst experience with threading... Won't come back.

The venue is lovely, looks small from the outside but really big and spacious inside. The room I had the wax was really nice and spacious too. The person who did my wax was nice, not the friendliest beautician I've ever met but okay. The treatment was good and quick - would recommend.
