I booked an appointment online, they received me and I had to climb 4 floors to get to the upper floor massage therapist which was a very rude woman that denied my appointment in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way. Apparently she does the massage jobs as a contractor for the beauty clinic but she had not received any notification. The girl that received me was very embarrassed and apologised asking me to wait downstairs while she find someone to do the massage. After 20 minutes waiting, I went into a treatment room. Someone that was doing nails before came and gave me a massage with her best intentions but not as professionally as I expected, her attitude was nice though. The massage bed was smelling unpleasantly moist. Not the kind of place you want to go to get some stress and pain relieve but the opposite.

My husband and I have been going to this parlour together (for waxing treatments) for the last two years or so.
We just love it! The location is perfect as a few meters away from Tottenham Court Road Station, the studio is clean and tidy, best prices in town+I always enjoy a complimentary chocolate bar during the short wait (they are incredibly quick!)
I also had the best eyebrow threading ever, all the girls are very skilled and nice (we know them all!) and I must say that Ana Maria has been particularly patient with us trying to accommodate the slots with our odd schedule.
A big thankyou to you all, particularly to Luisa, for taking care of both of us with such professionalism and for making us feel amaaaazing! ;)
Definitely recommended.
