I was lucky to book an appointment on the day and was very grateful that the beautician allowed me to add on an extra treatment as I could only book one on the website. However, the beautician was not very friendly and barely spoke to me. In fact, when she came to me in the waiting room, she simply said, "Come" and beckoned her hand at me. The salon was very hot which made the treatment very uncomfortable but it hygiene standards were good.

Had a brazillian wax - it was good, venue is clean, some staff are a bit grumpy but service has always been good. I am regular here for my waxing.

I had a lovely lady for my wax - she was thorough and very quick. I feel like she cared about doing a good job. The ambiance was a bit strange when I arrived but otherwise I would recommend this to someone who needs a quick and painless wax!
