Good location and good value for service. Staff could do with a smile on their faces though. They're not good at answering their phones or saying hello when you come in. Apart from that - it's cheaper than other places in central London. So guess you get what you pay for.

The therapist was really rough and did a rush job. I told her upfront that I had a bad reaction to strip waxing in the past and only to use hot wax but she used strip wax anyhow and of course I had the same reaction. I had to tell he to even it out because it was completely and obviously lopsided. Won't go back.

Doesn't look great from outside but waxing rooms are clean and not unpleasant. Staff are very nice and well worth the money.

It was a clean and efficient and overall quick treatment. No unnecessary small talk, do not expect staff to be the most friendly, but that didn't take away from my experience. I would recommend to a friend.

It was the first time that I did Brazilian strip wax and I loved it! I usually do the hot wax but the beautician recommended the strip wax! It took like 5 minutes and lasted ages!
