I came a little too early. But they were very helpful and sweet.
The treatment was not painful and she was very sweet, and talked a lot. Helpful with tips etc.

This was my first time getting a wax here. Staff weren't overly friendly but it was the end of the day, however it didn't stop the level of professionalism whilst giving the treatment. My wax was super fast and effective - amazing value for Oxford street. I would come back here again.
