Very good opening hours and convenient location, right by Tottenham Court Road tube. Understandably very popular but I was able to book four days before for the appointment I wanted. Interior and ambience are quite basic, no frills, but bright, warm and tidy. Lots of stairs to walk up to the treatment room, so bear that in mind if you're unfit like me. :-) Waxing was very efficient and painless, and the therapist pleasant and polite. No complaints, and I will definitely be going back.

First time visiting and they did an amazing job with the HD eyebrows, will be attending again this weekend after four weeks! Great value for money, understanding and careful when working with the eyebrows - as all women would know, it takes a single second to screw up a months duration of growth! Can't wait to get the HD brows done again! :)

The staff were very friendly and professional. I was a bit early but they took me straight in, was finished in under half an hour and was very happy with the wax I was given. I will definitely be going back again!! They also have more offers in the salon too!
