I've been there many times for Hollywood waxing and am always satisfied with the service. the staff is always nice and friendly. This time my treatment was made by a new girl, Nanja (if I remember her name correctly?) who was very professional and super friendly. thanks!

Perfect location, staff is ok but they can't be bothered. That would be so much nicer if they would put a little bit more effort in customer service. Price & location are just perfect. The venue looks a bit old though.

I booked treatments for an underarm and Brazilian wax. The Brazilian was painful.. I think she tried to get off too much at once. The therapist did not take care to be gentle at all. I did not appreciate my intimate regions being treated like a piece of meat, wantonly prodded and poked. I was also expected to strip and not given a towel to maintain a bit of modesty in what must be an awkward situation for anyone. When I asked, I was given a hand towel to cover my whole body. The final straw was when I was told to get off the bed as soon as soon as the job was done, so that the therapist could throw away the sheet of paper on the surface. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not go back again.
