Not a good experience. Staff were friendly and the salon clean but this was the most painful wax I have ever had by far and the result very untidy. Left with patches of hair which was pretty unsightly and forced me to get the razor out when I got home. Also irritating that the staff aggressively push their pre-paid packages all throughout the treatment. Overall, not great and I will not be using this salon again.

They looked at me like I was mad when I said I had a 5.30pm appointment. They then told me to sit a chair where the woman was obviously not happy about me being a treatwell customer, asking after my pre paid voucher, and constantly pausing to look over me and chat to the women next to me.I haven't had much threading done previously and she was not accommodating to this at all. At the end I had to ask if she had any soothing cream or anything I could put on my skin to cool it down. I will not be returning.

Being my 3rd time at the salon my 1st was good second not :( the lady was moody and did leave bits having a Hollywood wax. 3rd time amazing Anna is lovely friendly and very good at her job..
Will go back only to see her..
