I usually go this place. Everything is good except some staffs persistency about their promotions.And every time when im this place. it happens. i am not really sure if i would go again.

Vet busy place but not professional at all.
After I was agreed with a beautician, she whapped me with a cheap body wrap and left me in the heated bed for 45 min. Before that, I asked if she will come to check on me, and she responded that yes, every 10-15min she will check on me. None of this was done, she came once after 40 min and said she will be back in a minute to take me out of the heated bed and mentioned that she is doing two things at the same time because it is so busy. Well, I WASNT PLEASED however I waited. After 15 min passed and took myself out from the bed because it was very hot and I needed water. Anyways, she came in a rush and saw me all dressing up, didnt say anything, and started to clean the bed I was sitting on and still dressing on....I get that it is busy but would I go back ? Definitely, not. That's how beauty salons loose they potential long term customers.

I always come here for a wax given the cheap price (now i know why), but I'm now going to take my business elsewhere. I find the staff rude and i have no idea how she managed to carry out a hollywood wax in 5 minutes! it was painful and i felt uncomfortable throughout.

I've been here before but I was disappointed last time, the wax was very patchy, and instead of the staff correcting this I was left with a pair of tweezers to do it myself.
