Unfortunately I didn't inquire about what type of facial I had booked in advance, so I ended up with a microdermabrasion, my first treatment of this sort. My therapist was outstanding, but she was under a lot of pressure due to a subsequent booking (I believe), and the duration of the microdermabrasion was quite short, maybe 10 minutes out of a 25 min slot? In summary, I had a quite expensive treatment with no real difference to my skin afterwards, so I would think twice about rebooking it.
