I had to reschedule my appointment which was fine. Booked for 6.15, eyebrows threading, and tint, upper lip and hollywood wax. I was asked to sit and wait (10 mins) and someone was a walk-in and requested eyebrows and was seen straight away? At which point I asked the staff why I was waiting 10 mins and somebody was seen before me with no appointment. I then had to explain to them it might be more time-efficient to do my erebrows etc first THEN the wax! I thought the wax was fine but when I got home, noticed it was patchy and some parts had been missed off completely.. really disappointed as it meant I had to 'tidy up' myself at home..

Everything went smoothly. My appointment was 10 min late but the waxing was done quickly and I was out within 10 minutes. I wouldn't say it's a calm and relaxing atmosphere, more of a quick in and out job, which I guess is all I needed.
