Unfortunately I wasn't at all happy with my HD Brow appointment. We agreed from the outset that we would keep the shape of my eyebrows but tidy it up and also only have them slightly thicker. When we were finished I had eyebrows 2.5 times the size they were when I went in and where she had tidied up, I didn't think it was a particularly good job - I have had better shaping from threading in Superdrug. I asked if she could remove some of the excess dye (which she did) but had to ask three further times before she got fed up and let me do it myself. I felt that £30 was not good value for money and that they should have offered me some kind of discount or given me an apology but neither were offered. I would not recommend this venue to others.

They are very efficient and you are "in and out" without much pleasantries but the staff are friendly and very happy with the wax. Not many people do hot wax properly so very happy. Highly recommend!
