Very friendly and efficient staff. I went in for a Hollywood hot wax treatment. Would highly recommend it. My only complaint is that I couldn't get in touch with them beforehand when I was calling to let them know I was running late. The line was busy for 20 minutes and there wasn't any alternate number listed.

Great service, great surprise because when you arrive, the entrance is a bit off putting, so don't let it stop you. Great wax and was looked after well. Will go back!
