Horrible service, not friendly at all. Explained to the waxer that I was nervous due to the fact I hadn’t waxed in a long time. In her way of “comforting” me, she said the wax I was about to get would be painful. Wasn’t applying pressure to the freshly waxed area to alieviate pain like I had ask. Cleanliness was alright except for the fact that with the ceiling you’ll be forced to stare brown stairs. Perfect view to match a painfully poor service. The reason why I am giving three stars though is because the wax looks really good and smooth. However will not be returning for a second trip.•over 3 years ago
