Unfortunately not a good experience at all here...
1) I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time as they were running late, but I received no apology.
2) The room was cold with bright lights and despite the soft music, you could hear the loud traffic outside and doors to other treatment rooms being closed frequently.
3) I was left in the room with the wrap on for an hour where I got very cold (which isn't good as I know you're meant to be kept warm when in the wrap for optimum results)
4) Afterwards I was not given a shower - I had to rub myself down with a towel which was not great as I was going on to an event in the evening so I still smelt of the wrap ingredients.
5) The lady who performed the wrap was nice to me but another member of staff knocked on the door while I was naked and getting changed - I shouted loudly "don't come in!" but she entered anyway. I said "can you get out please? I'm changing" but she still insisted on coming into the room to get something until I shouted "I'm naked, get out!" at which point she did leave the room.
6) I was given the form which asked regarding any health issues AFTER the treatment.
I will not be visiting this salon again.
