Disappointing. Rushed to get out. Pedicure not dry when my time was up and got smudged, so had to remove it when I got home. It was run better than last time but a lot of room for improvement. There seems to be far too many staff who spend time in a very small cupboard talking and texting. The management should do a secret shopper or some user testing to identify improvements.

This was my second visit to the salon, both waxes were quick and painless and the staff were really nice. Doesn't look the best from the outside but it's great for value, service and location. Definitely recommend

Hollywood wax was fine, she did a good job of the wax. The place could have been more appealing. When got with groupon it is a good deal.
