Wasn't very relaxing, the lady made me get undressed and dressed in front of her, didn't leave the room to prepare myself. She was cleaning up for the next customer whilst i was putting my clothes back on.
Was no conversation during the treatment.
Wax itself was good.

Good wax although the staff were unfriendly and did not speak to me at all during the treatment and proceeded to clear up and clean the room whilst I was still getting dressed. The ambience could have been greatly improved.
