Been here many times and always very straightforward. Venue feels very clean (have even been there before early on in the day and witnessed them bleaching virtually every surface you could think of), wax itself is good. I strongly suggest though not getting a wax towards the end of the day, I.e within an hour of them closing. I have had a couple at this time and they are rushed as wanting to go home and I'm never as happy with the results and often find myself still picking off bits of wax as late as the next morning! Overall though they do a wonderful job and a good price and are very good at judging whether or not you want to talk through the process or just listen to their music which seems rare in most places
