Such a great place! Conveniently located, lovely staff, nice atmosphere, great value and a good job done! The only tiny criticism is that I had booked an appointment and had to wait a while to be seen but I was probably just a bit antsy as I had skipped out during the middle of the work day which is my fault really! Other than that I can't fault them in the slightest.

I've been going to them for a few years now. good value. actual beauticians are lovely. staff at reception are a bit curt. but the place is good for a decent wax in central London.

I went in for a Brazilian wax (hot wax) - and I think I'm still a little shell-shocked!
One big strip per side... Yes, only one! However it was very efficient, relatively painless, and I was in and out in 15/20min - with no hairs having been missed out.
A shame that my landing strip isn't very centred though... Could've done with some attention to detail!
