Awful awful awful. Refused to give me the service I asked for for no reason and the service I did get was sub par. They were extremely rude when I complained about this and offered me no apology- terrible customer service which I will be following up with a formal complaint- do NOT go here.

The eyelashes used are not good quality - I would recommend going to somewhere that specialises in eyelash extensions rather than spending money here. The staff are great, and where I wasn't happy with them they were more than accommodating and spent 2 hours in total trying to get them right which I really appreciated, but wouldn't return.
