I arrived for my appointment in good time, but was kept waiting for 15 minutes before I was taken up for my treatment. This was not a good start, as I was on a very tight schedule for my appointment as was on my lunch break.
The lady doing my wax was was friendly enough (and I had a trainee in too, watching - they did ask before if I minded, which was courteous of them), but for a Hollywood she left quite a bit of hair, which was disappointing.
The only other plus point was the price - it was the cheapest Hollywood wax I could find on Treatwell for the area. Would I go back again? Probably not, sorry.

Very good! She knew exactly what needed to be done to sort my eyebrow shape out. Couldnt understand her very well which was a bit nerve racking as I was trusting her with my eyebrows. But nonetheles, great job!! Will be going back
