Booked a Brazilian and was given a Hollywood. Not the end of the world but not what I wanted. The woman that did my wax was very professional, barely batted an eye as I lay there dignity at the door (first wax) but she didn't introduce herself so I can't tell you her name. Salon was busy with plenty of people coming in and out. Rooms basic but probably all you need. Took about 15 minutes.
