Was happy with my threading - only downside was that I booked an appointment and had to wait nearly 30 mins before I was seen. Staff were apologetic however.

Quick and clean - the lady (Izzi I think) did a really good job on my eyebrow threading.

Last time I went my wax was painless however this time it was painful and quite long. I was please with eyebrows however the staff really need to work on their customer service skills. I heard a lady come in and mention her eyelashes had fallen out after only having them done a few days ago and the receptionist didn’t even say sorry and just said ‘I don’t know what you want me to do’. She didn’t even smile when I was talking to her and my appointment was 25 minutes late and they didn’t say anything until I went and asked in which they responded ‘well what do you want first ‘ so rude
