Overall experience I have given 4 stars not just for this visit but in general as I go quite often the best way to avoid disappointment is booking in advance or through Treatwell. Honestly I have gone in, in the past as a walk in customer hoping to get my eyebrows threaded but it’s been a “there’s a 15/20 minutes wait” or “I’m sorry no one is available right now” which is why I have now started to book through Treatwell and am seen on time or way before my appointment which is always a bonus! In terms of staff I’ve only had my eyebrows done and they’ve been lovely I cannot judge on any other service they provide.
