Was very unhappy with my treatment, the therapist who conducted the treatment was VERY sick and shouldn’t have been working. She even sneezed on me several times, i was very unimpressed also the receptionist was extremely rude.

I was kept waiting at the desk for 10 minutes while the staff chatted at the back of the room. When I eventually went to ask was there anyone manning the desk I was told that they were "busy". After another 5 minutes, an incredibly rude receptionist came to the desk and when I told her I had now been waiting for 15 minutes she offered no apology and just shouted to her colleague that her customer had arrived. My treatment was fine and as expected but I would not recommend if you A) want to be seen at your booked appointment time or B) are expecting a basic level of common courtesy!!
