Great value for money. Staff were friendly but fairly aloof. As it was my first time there, I expected to have a consultation and be talked through the treatment, however, this wasn’t the case. The treatment was quick, relatively pain-free and with good results so overall good value for money. I was told during the treatment that I needed to relax, however, it was difficult to do in a silent room; some soothing/relaxing music would have been great and added to the ambience.
