First and last time I will be using this place for a last minute wax. Lady who carried out the wax was friendly but upon full inspection once id got home and showered i found many patches of hair that weren't removed which is unaccepetable as a waxer has perfect view of whats done and whats not. This has never happened in over a year of waxing. Will have to have another wax to tidy up the bits missed from this treatment.
