Disappointing - have been before and had a much better experience. Therapist I saw was rude and didn't do a good job - did not stretch the skin properly before pulling off the wax strip and managed to miss several bits - shoddy work. Then refused to leave the room whilst I got dressed as she wanted to tidy up but as I was still dressing and she had clearly finished tidying she just pushed past me and opened the door - very rude and unprofessional.
