Lady at the counter was a little short, but the lady who waxed me was so so lovely and chatty, but very professional at the right times.

Almost 15 mn to wait whereas I have booked in advance... The only interest of booking here was to secure a place as many people came for last minute treatments without appointment. The woman of the reception did a ok service. The woman who thread my brows was efficient and kind. I like the result and would definitely recommend it compared to other beauty shops in central London.
